By accessing and using this website, web page, client portal, or mobile application, including but not limited to any content, functionality and services offered on or through this website, web page, client portal, or mobile application, or our e-mails, texts, posts and other electronic messages (collectively, our “Site”), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site. Our Site and all of the contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof), are owned by us, our licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws, as applicable. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Site, and any service or material we provide on our Site, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of our Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Your permission to use and access this Site is the grant of a limited license, not a transfer of title, and your limited license to use or access our Site shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time for any reason or no reason.

You understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the internet or our Site will be free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to our site for any reconstruction of any lost data. Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates, licensors and service providers, and our and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use and your use of our Site.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on our Site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on the Site are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on the Site at any time without notice.

The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by us of the third-party website. Navigation to and use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

Site Terms of Use Modifications

We may revise these Terms and Conditions of Use for the Site at any time without notice. By accessing or using the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Governing Law

Any claim relating to the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions of Use, our Privacy Policy and any other document we deem relevant constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and us with respect to our Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to our Site.

PART 2 — PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT & HEALTH WAIVER

1. PARTICIPANT INFORMATION

By registering for any YSAGP training session, camp, group, or program, the parent or legal guardian (“Guardian”) confirms that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I, the Guardian, acknowledge that participation in soccer training and related activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, and other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation in any YSAGP program, camp, or training session.

3. HEALTH & MEDICAL WAIVER

I confirm that my child is physically fit and capable of participating in soccer training activities. I agree to:

Notify YSAGP of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations prior to participation
Ensure my child has adequate health/medical insurance coverage
Authorize YSAGP coaches and staff to seek emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached
Inform YSAGP immediately of any changes to my child’s health status

I release YSAGP, its coaches, staff, and affiliates from any liability arising from medical decisions made in good faith during an emergency.

4. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE

I grant YSAGP permission to photograph and/or video record my child during training sessions, camps, and events for use on the YSAGP website, social media, and promotional materials. No personal identifying information will be shared without consent.

If you do NOT consent to photo/media release, please notify us in writing at contactus@ysagp.com before your child’s first session.

5. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

Full payment is required to confirm your child’s spot in any program or camp
Cancellations made 10 or more days before the program start date will receive a full refund
Cancellations made 6–10 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 5 days before the start date are non-refundable
Weather Cancellations: YSAGP will provide up to two (2) makeup sessions per camp in the event of weather-related cancellations. No refunds will be issued due to weather cancellations under any circumstances.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

I agree that my child will:

Show respect to coaches, teammates, and opponents at all times
Arrive on time and prepared for all sessions
Follow all instructions given by YSAGP coaching staff
Wear appropriate soccer attire and footwear

YSAGP reserves the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if conduct is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe.

7. WEATHER & CANCELLATION POLICY

Outdoor sessions may be cancelled due to lightning, extreme weather, or unsafe field conditions
YSAGP will notify registered families via email as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation. Makeup sessions will be scheduled at the earliest available date

8. LIABILITY RELEASE

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge YSAGP, its owners, coaches, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my child’s participation in any YSAGP program, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death.

9. EMERGENCY CONTACT AUTHORIZATION

In case of emergency, I authorize YSAGP staff to contact emergency services and administer basic first aid. I confirm that the emergency contact information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.

10. AGREEMENT

By checking “I agree to the terms and waiver” on the registration form, the parent or legal guardian confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and waivers outlined in this document.
